36. Where Santé Québec or the Minister, as applicable, orders an inquiry or designates a controller, it may suspend all or part of the powers of the centre for a period not exceeding six months and appoint an administrator to exercise such powers.
Santé Québec or the Minister, as applicable, may extend the suspension or the term of the administrator for a period not exceeding six months.

36. Where the Government orders an inquiry or designates a controller, it may suspend all or part of the powers of the centre for a period not exceeding six months and appoint an administrator to exercise such powers.
The Government may extend the suspension or the term of the administrator for a period not exceeding six months.
